Collection and delivery for ironing services takes places over 5 days a week from 8am until 8pm and offer a guaranteed next day delivery at no extra cost.
When you order we will generally arrange collection for the next day but if you have urgent requirements we will do our utmost to accommodate you and may be able to collect your Ironing on the day that you call.
The time and day for collection and delivery will be arranged when you place your order with a two hour window given for times e.g. between 2pm and 4pm. Many of our customers set up a regular service, whereby we pick up and deliver at the same time each week.
If you are not going to be in we are happy to take individual instructions that will make life easier for you – maybe you could tell us a safe place for collection and delivery such as a garage, greenhouse or porch or you could consider having collections and deliveries from your place of work.
